A law firm in Plano is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of personal injury experience, strong litigation skills, and a passion for achieving exceptional results for injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy and maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
• 2–5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding client service.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually
• Generous performance-based bonus program
• Expected total compensation: $150,000–$200,000+
• Full-time position with a 38-hour workweek
• Monday through Friday
• 100% in-office role located in Plano, Texas
