Salary Range: $50 - $53/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in cloud-based application development, distributed systems, and production support. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of enterprise applications while working closely with stakeholders, QA teams, and offshore resources.

This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving technical design, troubleshooting complex production issues, and delivering scalable cloud-based solutions.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in software development using Java.
5+ years of experience developing web services and applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Cloud Foundry/Kubernetes.
4+ years of experience with Spring Framework and building cloud-native applications (AWS or Pivotal Cloud Foundry preferred).
3+ years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases such as Redis, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
2+ years of experience with ETL processes for data processing.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong expertise in application design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Machine Learning (ML) concepts or projects.
Experience working in distributed and microservices architectures.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native development and containerized environments.
Prior experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
