Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery #26-06079 $65/hour Hackensack, NJ Registered Nurse (RN) // ObGyn - Labor and Delivery Onsite 18 weeks Share on Job Description Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional care to patients during one of the most important times in their lives. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practices. Responsibilities Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework Performs therapeutic nursing interventions Manages care of patients Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery Provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Schedule Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Duration: 13 weeks Every other weekend required Holidays required No on-call Required Skills & Experience One (1) year of experience in related specialty Minimum 2 years in L&D Advanced AWHONN or EFM Preferred Skills & Experience EPIC experience preferred Required Education ASN Advanced AWHONN or EFM Preferred Education BSN Preferred Required Certifications & Licensure
