What Will You Enjoy Doing Accurate packaging of produced bottles by following all packaging procedures. Main Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. carton erectors partition inserters product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU) foil dispensers top closers palletization equipment Manual responsibilities include loading, building and making boxes hand packaging of bottles loading labels Maintenance includes perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials Documentation: Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks Perform changeover’s of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …) Applies correct labels Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects Housekeeping Perform Autonomous maintenance Performance Metrics: Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation. Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures. Line clearance accuracy Autonomous maintenance completion Ensures Accountability Decision Quality Communicates Effectively Values Differences Drives Results Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area Physical Demands: The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, push and pull, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 38 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move or push /pull up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
