Talent Development SpecialistThe Talent Development Specialist delivers and supports training programs that strengthen skills and leadership capabilities across Operations and Support Center associates. This position enhances learning effectiveness through facilitation, coaching, and feedback while applying curriculum design knowledge to improve class content and learner engagement. The specialist also supports L&D projects that advance training processes and promotes continuous growth through ongoing professional development.Job responsibilities include:Facilitating GO, UOP, and special training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure the information is understood and absorbed by participants.Applying curriculum design knowledge to provide feedback and support in developing and improving training materials, delivery methods, and overall learner experience.Coaching participants using multi-layer probing techniques to identify root causes and guide them in discovering practical solutions to improve performance and accountability.Supporting projects within the L&D team to improve training programs, processes, and team effectiveness.Staying current on learning trends and approaches by completing at least one continuous learning experience in the L&D field annually.Rewards include:401K with company matchYearly bonus opportunity*Full medical, dental, and vision insurance *On-site fitness center, biometric screen, and flu shot clinicDiscounts at Panda restaurants, theme parks, and gym membershipsPaid time off starting at 15 days with 7 federal holidays*Continuous education assistance and scholarships*Income protection including Disability, Life and AD&D insurance*Bereavement leave**Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associatesYour background and experience should include:Bachelor's degree in education, HR, or related field required.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment; formal training in facilitation skills from a reputable training organization.Bilingual Japanese or Korean preferred.Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.Work environment includes:Broad international travel.
