This is a significant branch leadership opportunity with responsibility across New Equipment, Modernization, Service and Repair , including both sales and operations. You will lead an established, high-performing business and experienced team while driving financial performance, operational excellence, customer relationships and sustainable growth. On a typical day you will: Lead the branch across New Equipment, Modernization, Service and Repair, with responsibility for both sales and operations. Drive overall business performance with a focus on sales, profitability, working capital and orders. Lead, develop and retain a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. Build a strong customer-centric culture focused on responsiveness, proactive engagement and long‑term relationships. Drive customer retention while identifying service, repair and modernization opportunities. Develop strong relationships with customers across the Los Angeles market. Build on the strengths of an established operation while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Make strategic and operational decisions while partnering closely with regional leadership. What you will need to be successful: 10+ years of elevator industry experience required. Previous General Manager experience leading a large branch or business operation. Experience across multiple lines of business, including both sales and operations. Demonstrated experience driving financial, commercial and operational performance. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities. A confident, collaborative and thoughtful leadership style with the ability to listen and understand an established organization before implementing change. Strong customer relationship and communication skills. Proven ability to develop and retain talent while leading a high-performing organization. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
