Nurse Practitioners needed in Ohio, Colorado, and Illinois. Working with skilled nursing facilities and assisted livings to provide supplemental support to the nursing team in an effort to decrease avoidable hospital admissions. Nurse practitioners with ICU/vent/pulmonary experience preferred. Schedule flexibility with additional opportunity for administrative bonus pay. Part time and full time employment available. 401K salary.
