Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. Experience working with and analyzing data. Preferred qualifications: Experience gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights. Experience managing complex systems, cross-functional stakeholder groups, and large‑scale change management initiatives. Strong problem solving skills, combined with outstanding business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands. The Education team’s mission is to transform learning and teaching at scale. We do this by helping K‑12 and higher education institutions around the world bring the best of Google tools and technology to their organizations. We’ve made significant headway on this journey. The Strategy and Operations team will help shape the cross‑Google narrative for Google Education, translating our high‑level outlook into an operational reality, ensuring our business is run effectively. Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis. Drive end‑to‑end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest‑priority goals. Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio. Contribute on strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross‑functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
