Pharmacy Technician - Order Entry

About the Job About the Job: Monday through Friday 1:30 pm-10 pm. Under general supervision, assist the pharmacist in filling physician's orders, and selecting and packaging medications for delivery to our nursing homes. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and fill medications according to physician orders.
- Prepare and maintain emergency medication kits for use in our nursing facilities.
- Maintain pharmacy records.
- Field phone calls from nursing facilities, and triage and process the requests.
- Two years of pharmacy experience is required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Current pharmacy technician license in good standing with the State of Arkansas.
