You will help create and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic setting for individuals experiencing mental illness and behavioral health crises. This role requires strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric and physical assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response Provide therapeutic communication and crisis intervention Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings This is a hands‑on inpatient role. Home health psychiatric experience does not meet this requirement.
