Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, offboarding, unemployment claims, leave processes, and employee records in a hybrid Swedesboro, NJ role. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of HR Operations/Administration experience, with proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft
