Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough is part of Group 1 Automotive, a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Automotive Flat-Rate Technicians to our team.
We offer:
- Compensation Range = $20/hr - $55/hr (depending on experience)
- Toolbox relocation at no charge to residence (one is provided for you here)
- 90 day pay guarantee
- Ongoing evaluation during onboarding and feedback of performance

- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Automotive Flat-Rate Technician Experience Required

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
