Hourly Pay: $32 - $38 Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in home and school settings in the Dover, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Responsibilities: * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders * Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
