True Classic is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate who is passionate about customer connection and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail or customer-facing supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume store.

As a Store Associate, you will create a welcoming experience for customers, support them in finding the right fit, and maintain store standards.

The position offers a compensation of $18 per hour along with benefits such as accrued paid time off, medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.

As a Full-Time Store Associate, you're the face of True Classic. You'll deliver an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers look good, feel good, and walk away excited to come back.

Areas of Accountability:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door
• Learn and deliver our "TRUE Experience" a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure
• Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated
• Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of retail or customer-facing supervisor experience (bonus if you've worked in a high-volume store)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
• A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle physical aspects of the role
