Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health settings preferred, including patient evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled documentation.
• Ability to travel within coverage areas, including Boston and surrounding communities.
• Willingness to meet on-call and weekend coverage requirements as requested by the client.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor‘s Degree (client-specified).
• Professional certification required by client. Preferred specialty certifications may set candidates apart.
