Your role will help foster trust, continuity, and preventive care success for patients throughout their primary care journey with us.Duties:Welcomes patients and visitors into our Care Centers with compassion and provide exceptional customer service.Register patients by obtaining demographic, insurance, and payment information.Handle payments for services, including applicable co-pays.Answer multi-line phone systemDaily reconciliation of monies collectedCleans and stocks the site with other members of the team.Take patient histories and accurately document vital signsPerform point-of-care testing: strep, mono, glucose, urinalysis, pregnancy, etc.Conduct phlebotomy and prepare samples for lab processingAdminister immunizations and injections per provider ordersAssist with routine exams and procedures (i.e., EKGs, ear/eye irrigations, pelvic exams)Educate patients on medication, preventive care, and follow-up instructionsHandle patient callbacks, pharmacy coordination, and referral schedulingEnsure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and patient-readySupport front-desk duties, including check-in, insurance verification, and payment collectionParticipate in training and onboarding of new team members1–2 years of experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinical setting preferredStrong E-Clinical Works Experience PreferredPassion for primary care or Internal MedicineSelf-starter with excellent clinical judgment and communication skillsCPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Flexibility to travel within region as needed401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
