Job Description the facility IS LOOKING FOR A LOCUM PLASTIC SURGEON TO JOIN THEIR TEAM! Start Date: September/October 2026 Reason for coverage: Additional support Practice Setting: Hospital Only SCHEDULE Schedule: 24-hour call Call Schedule: 7 days or so per month ABOUT THE SITE Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1 Trauma Level/Designation: 2 Number of Plastic Surgeons in Practice: 1 Description of Ancillary Staff: 2 MAs 1 Front Desk support Patient Age Demographic: All ages No inpatient PA/NP coverage in-house We do have general surgery residents, but no fellowship program onsite in the facility NP/PA in the clinic 4days/week. REQUIRED PROCEDURES Plastic Surgery Cases TRAUMA Plastic Surgery Cases ADULT Plastic Surgery Cases PEDIATRIC Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Travel/Reimbursement: Flight, hotel, and rental car reimbursed the facility does not reimburse for background checks the facility does not reimburse for application or credentialing fees.
