Outpatient Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse

Role Overview This position provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication use. Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and demographic factors. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: No experience required; 2+ years and oncology experience preferred.
