RN Hospital Oncology Day Shift Full-Time - Oncology

Overview We are seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse for a Telemetry/Oncology unit.

Responsibilities Leading and coordinating nursing staff during shifts, including assigning, educating, and evaluating performance.

Assessing patient care needs, developing care assignments, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Collaborating with advanced practice providers and evaluating care effectiveness.

Responding to patient care concerns and participating in staff hiring, training, and development.

Maintaining a safe environment and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.

At least one year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Oncology.

Current RN licensure in Missouri or a Compact State, and BLS certification.

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform clinical tasks, with good vision and hearing.
