Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate should be able to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document evaluations, goals, and progress in a timely manner. Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise or delegate to support staff and provide student supervision is preferred. Must adhere to state practice act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and complete required continuing education.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8, Monday through Friday. Positions Available: 1 position.
