We seek a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative/Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping prospective students understand the value of our educational programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. If you are driven by the idea of positively impacting people's lives and have a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting student relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Consultative Sales: Act as a consultant to potential students, providing information on our educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities upon graduation.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through enrollment, including conducting interviews, tours, and guidance on new student applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Passion: A passion for education and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational Skills: Time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in sales or recruitment.
