Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting student relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Consultative Sales: Act as a consultant to potential students, providing information on our educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities upon graduation.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through enrollment, including conducting interviews, tours, and guidance on new student applications.
• Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Passion: A passion for education and helping students achieve their career goals.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational Skills: Time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
