Engagement Coordinator

To support member engagement, the full-time remote Engagement Coordinator will reach out to insured members to schedule annual wellness exams, manage appointment coordination, and maintain operational efficiency through effective communication and documentation. Key responsibilities Build strong relationships with members through effective customer service and communication Assist members in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments while providing clear instructions for in-home exams Manage high volumes of calls, emails, and texts, ensuring accurate documentation of member interactions and appointment outcomes Required qualifications Minimum of a High School diploma Recent experience in a healthcare setting or 2-3 years in an outbound, customer-focused environment Understanding of medical terminology Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dialer systems Ability to work a schedule of Monday through Friday between 9am-6pm EST
