Opportunity Details: Obtain comprehensive medical histories, perform thorough physical examinations, and accurately document clinical findings. Order, perform, and interpret routine diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies, imaging, and EKGs. Monitor patient status, promptly communicate significant clinical changes and diagnostic results to the supervising physician. Perform common bedside procedures, including injections, intravenous line placement, nasogastric and urinary catheterization, and other approved clinical interventions. Conduct daily patient rounds, assess clinical progress, and document evaluations and treatment plans in the medical record. Coordinate patient care by consulting and referring to appropriate medical and surgical subspecialists, as needed. Qualifications Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant Current certification issued by the NCCPA Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary:$131,127* - $174,836*based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**,which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
