  Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate patient progress.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards.

  Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

As an LCSW at our facility, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and more. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the detoxification process and helping them develop coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach will be key in establishing trust and rapport, which are crucial for successful treatment outcomes.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a strong foundation in clinical practice.

  Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
