Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) provides leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence neighborhoods. This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership and collaboration with clinical partners. What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements Manage department budget, labor and expenses Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement Resident Care Coordinator – Lead Compassionate Care and Support Resident Well-Being Resident Care Coordinator | Assisted Living | Care Management | Senior Living | Team Leadership | Resident Care Pay Range: 60,840.00 - 81,224.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
