Legal Specialist

Providing operational and strategic support in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Legal Specialist will manage contract reviews, legal research, and compliance matters while enhancing the efficiency of the Legal Department's processes. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain state/territory registrations, compliance documentation, and legal files Conduct first-line reviews of contracts and coordinate negotiation processes with stakeholders Oversee the Legal Department's ticketing system, ensuring timely responses to legal requests Required Qualifications Certificate or diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or professional services environment Experience with legal intake, contract lifecycle management, or legal ticketing systems preferred Familiarity with corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance processes Understanding of legal terminology and contract law Virtual Vocations Inc
