In this role, you will:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service.
- File documents and maintain organized records.
- Check courthouse boxes and distribute information as needed.
- Sort and check incoming mail.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
- Previous experience answering phones and performing clerical duties is preferred.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and presentable demeanor.
- Good, legible handwriting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome-we are happy to train the right person!
