Sales And Marketing Specialist

FSSP Ventures is growing and we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to grow with us. We're looking for someone who can do more than simply follow a sales script. We want someone who can help us build the pipeline. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, connecting with business and practice owners, generating qualified leads, and helping turn those conversations into long-term FSSP clients. What we're looking for: Strong sales and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound prospecting and LinkedIn outreach Experience generating and nurturing leads Ability to help develop creative marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Someone who sees opportunities and takes initiative Experience selling consulting or professional services is a plus, and experience working with healthcare or medical practices is even better. FSSP Ventures is still building and expanding our consulting business, so this isn't a role where everything has already been figured out for you.
