Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Location: St. Augustine, FL, 32084 Applicant tracking test role. Job already filled Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team in St. Augustine, FL. The CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
