Manage time and task load well as to be prompt for production support and quality meetings. Conduct incoming inspections by using the appropriate measurement instruments. Answer production line calls for quality support through proper documentation and follow through. Process non-conformance records in our electronic database and assist in resolving them. Conduct dimensional analysis in support of the PPAP process, quality requests, customer issues, and regulatory needs. Annually pass skills check for inspection techniques, quality standards, and equipment use. Participate in team and production meetings. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (completed). Proficient or willing to learn hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipment. Proficient or willing to learn how to read drawings. CMM experience strongly preferred. Experience in reading drawings and Bill of Materials. Work well in a cross-functional team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience working with a QMS is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time. Ability to sit and use a computer for a prolonged period of time.
