We are seeking a dependable, experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at our Vivienne Coastal Mediterranean location. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient throughout each shift.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Assist with stocking, and food preparation as needed.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
