This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, supervising and coordinating care for patients within the unit. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during a 13-week assignment. Job Details Position Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required prior to the first shift. Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required prior to the first shift for CIRH only. A minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience is required. Education requirements include an active nursing license. No specific experience minimum beyond clinical experience is specified. Schedule: Night shift hours, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The RN performs nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of patient admission, participates in patient education and discharge planning, and supports patient safety initiatives. They are responsible for thorough documentation, effective communication, and supervision of ancillary staff.
