Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards are effectively managed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Define and manage project scope.
Track schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
Oversee project budgets and spending.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Monitor quality control throughout project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management.
