- Build and manage lasting relationships with clients across STEM sectors
- Identify and engage top-tier talent for highly specialized opportunities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
- Provide strategic hiring advice to startups, scale-ups, and global organizations
- Influence hiring decisions that help businesses and people thrive
