Associate Recruiter

Help build high-performing, diverse teams by managing full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This role focuses on sourcing exceptional talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and partnering closely with hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates through creative outreach methods. Manage recruitment pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and deliver a smooth candidate experience. Communicate proactively and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system. Share market insights and recommendations to strengthen recruitment processes. Qualifications

At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a startup environment. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with a range of recruiting platforms and tools. Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple open roles simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting. Strong organization and time-management skills. Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for technical or difficult-to-fill roles. Familiarity with employer-branding strategies and digital outreach. A commitment to a positive candidate experience and collaborative team culture. Work Terms
