Conduct road tests and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to evaluate vehicle systems and components. Troubleshoot, service, and repair various vehicle systems such as the engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, and HVAC. Work closely with the service advisor to keep customers updated on necessary repairs and provide accurate time estimates for any additional work. Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications. Qualifications 3+ years of Service Technician experience required. High school diploma or equivalent. ASE or other OEM Certification required. (Eligible for transfer towards Ford Certification) Mid-level technician skills, with experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise work. Solid mechanical aptitude and experience using computerized diagnostic tools. Strong interpersonal skills with basic computer proficiency. Upbeat, team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous learning. Comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing work setting. Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and repair procedures. Must have a valid driver's license and a history of safe driving.
