Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more—while following established protocols.
• Interpret results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collections and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all services rendered, train new team members or students, and aid in maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation prerequisites.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Retain current certification throughout your employment.
