• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, facilitate training for new employees or interns, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines for accreditation.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment duration.
