Specific Responsibilities
- Operate and set up the saw machine to cut materials accurately.
- Set stops or guides to specified lengths.
- Ability to read and understand prints and tolerances.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy, including removing all burrs and sharp edges.
- Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment.
- Assist co-workers as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Candidate Specifications
Minimum Requirements
- Prefer 1+ years’ experience.
- Physically fit – able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Able to read tape measure in 1/32” increments.
Position qualities needed:
· Good relations, communication skills, and must be able to interact well with co-workers and management.
· Must be able to work in a team environment and be willing to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance
- Professional communication skills.
