Accounts Payable Specialist

Find Great People is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for an on-site position with a client in Spartanburg, SC . The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, attention to detail, and proficient Excel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices end-to-end
- Code invoices accurately to the correct chart of accounts
- Perform AP data entry, matching, and documentation management
- Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice questions and discrepancies
- Prior Accounts Payable (AP) experience, OR
- Accounting degree (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable working with a chart of accounts
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and dependable; able to manage deadlines and volume
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401k
- $55-$65k, DOE
