Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Include Performing assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes Supervising CNAs and documenting care activities Educating residents and families about care plans Supporting safe transitions of care Modeling dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership in a faith-based, mission-driven environment Qualifications & Skills Current and valid RN license Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to person-centered care and quality improvement Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
