Warehouse Assembler

Job Title : Fulfillment Specialist
Location : Clearwater, FL
Pay : $18.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional overtime)


Position Summary


We are seeking a dependable Fulfillment Specialist to join our Clearwater team. This role is responsible for assembling customer-specific systems, performing quality checks, and supporting packing operations to ensure products meet customer expectations. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are critical to success in this position.


Key Responsibilities


Assemble small and large components using hand tools, small power tools, or manual force according to drawings and work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and assembly documentation
Operate equipment such as a horizontal press and pallet jack
Inspect materials and finished products for visual defects
Sort, count, and replenish inventory on the assembly line
Keep pace with team production goals while maintaining quality standards
Float between assembly and packing as needed
Lift and move assembled products up to 50 lbs


Qualifications


Minimum 2 years of assembly, packing, or warehouse experience
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and instructional purposes
Dependable with reliable attendance
Ability to stand and assemble for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
All candidates must pass a drug screening for illegal drugs and a criminal background check through the agency and again upon hire


Compensation & Benefits


Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
Occasional overtime opportunities
Air-conditioned work environment
