Program Manager 2

Integrated Solutions Program Manager II (Third-Party, Carrier or GA Programs) Responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents, brokers, carriers or intermediary programs. Responsibilities Complete requested premium finance quotes and adhere to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on moderately complex programs. Provide clients with the best possible solutions using creativity and good judgment while minimizing risk to FIRST. Work with department management and outside sales to analyze and vet programs through profit modeling to optimize performance, asset quality and profit. Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned programs for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends. Coordinate with the program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs. Develop and maintain client relationships through superior service. Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed. Perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team as required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in insurance, financial services, bank operations, wires or similar positions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. High punctuality and timeliness. Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑player. Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, skills and experience.
