Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Veeva Vault CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and modernization of enterprise CRM solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM solution architecture , along with experience in legacy Veeva CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and enterprise CRM integrations.

This role requires a combination of technical architecture expertise, Life Sciences commercial domain knowledge, and strong client-facing consulting capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Veeva Vault CRM implementations, enhancements, migrations, and enterprise rollouts.
Design scalable CRM solutions covering configuration, security, workflows, data management, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Serve as the primary solution architect and subject matter expert for Veeva Vault CRM.
Define integration architecture across Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, legacy Veeva CRM, and enterprise applications.
Lead CRM modernization and migration initiatives, including transitioning from legacy Veeva CRM environments.
Design and oversee integrations with enterprise MDM platforms, data warehouses, analytics solutions, and commercial systems.
Conduct business requirements workshops, architecture discussions, and solution design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution architecture documents, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
Architect solutions supporting pharmaceutical commercial processes, including HCP/HCO engagement, territory management, customer data management, call reporting, and omnichannel engagement.
Provide architectural guidance throughout configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Establish architecture standards, integration best practices, and governance processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CRM development, configuration, and integration teams.
Support CRM managed services, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing, implementing, architecting, or supporting enterprise CRM solutions.
5+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault CRM.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Veeva Vault CRM solution architecture and implementation.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and Life Sciences commercial business processes.
Proven experience designing enterprise CRM architectures, integrations, and data flows.
Experience with REST APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise application connectivity.
Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, security models, workflows, and data management.
Experience leading business requirements workshops, solution design discussions, and technical architecture reviews.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience guiding CRM implementation teams and managing technical design decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams during EST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Salesforce Health Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omnichannel engagement platforms.
Experience modernizing or migrating legacy Veeva CRM environments to Veeva Vault CRM.
Familiarity with enterprise MDM, data lakes, data warehouses, and commercial analytics platforms.
Experience with pharmaceutical customer engagement, field-force effectiveness, and commercial operations.
Veeva Vault CRM or other relevant Veeva certifications.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or related Salesforce certifications.
