We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager with a self-directed mindset and strong leadership skills to manage and guide our pharmacy team. This multifaceted role is critical to our operational and clinical success, requiring a flexible yet decisive professional who can foster a culture of accountability and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing operational efficiencies, expanding new revenue streams, and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage a multitude of daily operational workflow functions and requirements. Encourage financial benchmarks and operational goals, and be flexible yet decisive in a multitasking role.

• Communications: Utilize professional and courteous communication skills to explain pharmacodynamics and Pharmacoeconomics to patients. Maximize messaging tools for the benefit of the pharmacy and community. Convey ownership requirements and operational tasks to team members regularly.

• Clinical: Oversee and counsel patients for compliance. Educate patients on therapies, both traditional and alternative, and provide continuous support.

• Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and guide staff to achieve operational proficiency. Set team milestones and motivate through training. Oversee new revenue streams, including non-PBM services and evolving treatments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership and management experience.

• Minimum of 10 years of Pharmacist Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with vaccination applications is essential.

• Up-to-date credentials and knowledge in point-of-care testing are highly desired.
