We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage daily shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse environments, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Position: Shipping and Receiving Lead

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr (Based on experience)

Hours: 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Analyze shipping and receiving data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics roles.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, WMS, email systems)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• TABC experience or in similar high level regulatory environment
