Project ManagerFelix Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager that will lead project teams on small to medium water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the Phoenix metro area ($250k – $20M). The individual must be self-motivated and possess strong communication/interpersonal skills.What You'll Be DoingClosely work with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projectsWorks with superintendent and quality control to coordinate and effectively manage material schedules, work schedules, job material and equipment purchasesComplete AutoCAD installation drawing packages for our field teamProduces project billings, budgets, and purchase ordersProcess change order requests, and related project administrative documentsComplete effective and accurate submittalsPrepare and review operations and maintenance manualsDevelop logical and sequential project schedules using Microsoft ProjectMaintain project schedules and budgetsRepresent the company in a professional mannerWork from the Felix Construction Phoenix Headquarters and make frequent job site visits around the ValleyWho You AreConstruction management, civil engineering or mechanical engineering degree required5+ years of water/wastewater construction industry experience highly desiredAdvanced Excel and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam skills requiredBasic AutoCAD experience preferredAble to read plans and specifications for all the disciplines on a typical water/wastewater projectAlternative Procurement Delivery Method (APDM) experience highly desired (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.)Why Join Felix ConstructionFelix Construction is more than a company—we are an employer and contractor of choice with the leadership and infrastructure to sustainably execute on our growth and deliver on our brand promise.
