Technical Project ManagerLocation: Phoenix, AZWorking with integrated teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product manager agile champions architect's developers and Quality AnalystsHandling and tracking status progress and other critical metrics in relation to the plan and publishes progress reports to senior partnersMaintaining release and dependency plans across Customer's development teams external partners and third partiesActively identifying managing and raising risks issues and changes tied to the product development initiativesApplying discretion on when to raise issues versus work through issues with the teamDriving the resolution of impediments precluding teams from making progress against plans and deadlinesEnsuring deliverables across Technology teams are high quality and clearly documentedConducting Pre and Post PI Planning sessions daily stand ups scrum of scrums and retrospectives at the end of each planned unit of work with a focus on continuously learning from the pastFinding opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processesDrives processes and execution oversight for Engineering TeamsEnables Product Engineering team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile Scrum concepts and principles where appropriateFocuses on team executionDrives team release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvyChampion of the technical backlog prioritize technical activities such as Service Id Management Dependency Upgrades API Migrations Certificate Management Test Data Management and Strategic Technical InvestmentsFacilitates Sprint planning meetings and other Scrum ceremonies with delivery teamSupport product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readinessEnsures dependency alignment across teamsAbout Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007, offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
