Job Summary:

\tThe Nursing Supervisor oversees clinical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with healthcare standards. This role provides leadership, supports nursing staff, and serves as a key point of contact for clinical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

\tSupervise and support nursing staff across units during assigned shifts
\tEnsure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in compliance with policies and regulations
\tManage staffing assignments, patient flow, and resource allocation
\tAct as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and leadership
\tRespond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance in critical situations
\tMonitor documentation, compliance, and quality standards
\tAddress patient, family, and staff concern professionally
\tSupport onboarding, training, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

\tActive RN NY license (required)
\t3–5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
\tBLS, ACLS
\tExcellent communication and team leadership abilities
