Accounting Clerk

Join our team at Nissan of Gadsden as an Accounting Clerk, where you will play a key role in supporting our finance department. Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately.
  • Perform data entry and reconcile accounts to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and accounting principles to maintain financial integrity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
